Shipping & Delivery:

We will do our best to fulfill orders placed before 12:00 Noon on the same business day via USPS or UPS. In the event that an order cannot be mailed out within 2 business days of receiving your order, we will contact you via e-mail with more information. Please make sure that your shipping information is clear, especially if ordering items for a hotel property, university or attraction intended for use by your concierge or front desk staff. (We do not want your shipments to be refused at the loading dock due to lack of detail on the staff member who should receive the maps.)

Privacy & Security

Your privacy is important to us. We do not sell your information to 3rd parties.

Returns, Replacements & Reproductions

All sales are final. If you are uncertain that a map or brochure will meet your needs, please order one as a sample before placing any bulk orders. If the USPS or UPS has damaged your order during the shipping process, please contact us at with any back-up information. We will do our best to make things right, as our inventory supplies permit.Some maps and brochures have special advertiser offers and coupons that are time-sensitive. Due to the seasonal nature of many attractions, we cannot guarantee that all advertised attractions will have active coupons/offers at the time of your order. We unfortunately cannot accept returns because of expired coupons. Please do not reproduce our map or brochure content or attempt to re-sell them (or any portion of them) on other web sites. We cannot authorize the validity of reproductions or photocopies of any Ettractions/CTM travel information sold on other websites without our permission.


Double-check your order carefully for quantities and shipping address information prior to check out. If you do place an order in error, contact us immediately at with the e-mail subject line "TRAVEL STORE ORDER." Let us know the error and we will do our best to correct the error prior to shipping.

Payment & Pricing:

Our maps and brochures are copyright protected, are assumed to be taxable goods and many are not intended for re-sale. Please note that most maps and brochures sold in the Ettractions Travel Store are available in-market at select travel partner locations (hotels/travel centers) for free during peak travel season. However, we do set aside a small quantity of these same maps for out-of-market requests from tour operators or visitors planning trips to the area.

All sales require pre-payment by credit card If you are in the Boston Metro area, there is a shipping option to pick-up maps at our Woburn, MA warehouse at no charge. Charges for maps and brochures in the Ettractions Store are nominal, and the fees charged simply cover our costs to service and maintain the online store and to store/warehouse print materials from multiple North American warehouses.

Can I get maps at no charge?

If you are a hotel property or attraction and are interested in becoming a host location for a brochure stand, please visit to learn about our brochure distribution programs. Contact information and office locations are listed on this site. If you are already in-market, you may find many of these maps stocked in your hotel's brochure stand if it is serviced by CTM Media Group.
